Home For Sale

I've had several people contact me to get info about our house so here's what I know..
The home was built in 1966 and has since been totally re-done and added on to.. It's a totally charming and unique house.. there are wood floors throughout the main level and tile & granite in the bathrooms. We live across the street from Edgemont Elementary School in a cul de sac and Timpview High School is two blocks east.. Our home is 3076 sq. ft including 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen is completely updated with granite countertops and stainless steel Bosch and Amana appliances. We have both central air and a swamp cooler, a water softener and water filter. Our yard is awesome! It's huge and fully fenced with large, mature trees that make our yard shaded throughout the summer. We spend a lot of time back there.
We're asking $299K. I'm more than happy to have people stop by and check it out.. you'll fall in love just like I did 6 years ago.. (sniff sniff) You can contact me at haleyannwarner@yahoo.com

Oh my goodness, please come decorate my house. It is seriously lacking in creativity. Your house is brimming with it! I would love to be able to buy your house. But we just bought our house 7 months ago! Good luck to you!

That tire swing may need to go south and hang from a palm tree or something....What a sweet, sweet "home" you guys have made there at 3700, I'll miss it a ton.

I found your blog through my sister-in-law, M.C. Sommers. You took pictures of their wedding last September. Needless to say, I think you are an amazing photorapher and was exciting to hear that you were moving closer to my neck of the woods. Do you do family/ children photoshoots? If so, I would love to book you once you get to St. George. Please email me at danielleterril@gmail.com if this is something you do. Thank you so much.

PS, your house is gorgeous, sorry you have to leave it! Good luck with the sale. It should be easy breezy with how pretty it is!

Oh man, if only I could... Your house is so beautiful!!

I am curious though, where did you get the wrought-iron bed? I love it!!

Your home shows very well. I'll show it to my husband, maybe he has a client that is looking in this area.

I just love how your house is furnished. It's gorgeous. I wish/hope that one day I can have a house that is so wonderfully decorated. Too bad I don't have your vision of how things can look. If I had the money, I would totally buy your house on one condition: That I could buy all the furnishings in it as well!

You have a beautiful home - I love your sense of style. Do you mind telling me where you bought your crib bumpers (both of them) and the patterned crib skirt from? I've been looking for something similar to those and haven't had any luck. I love the patterns!
Thank you,
Rebecca

Never mind re: the message just posted about the crib bumpers - I found your post about Libby Lane!
Thanks!

Can you explain how the square footage in your house is arranged? Are there 2 floors? Is the square footage split evenly? ~1500 up and ~1500 down? Or is it arranged some other way?

Which rooms are on which floors? Where are the bathrooms located? The laundry/bathroom--where is that?

Pmom@chocolateandgarlic.com said...

Sorry, one more question: Is there a dining area? I saw one little table in the pictures--do you have a place for a larger table somewhere else?

Haley Warner said...

Pmom, to answer your questions about our house, there are actually several levels and stairs.. it's a totally unique floor plan.. not your basic split level or multi level house. The main level consists of the living room, the kitchen and the office (supposed to be the dining room, I use it for my office.. it's big,) and then the family room. Upstairs
is the master bedroom and bath and then 2 additional bedrooms and a bathroom. Downstairs one level is the laundry/bath and 2 bedrooms. Then down one more level is an additional bedroom, we use it for the toyroom/additional family room, and then 2 storage rooms and the furnace room. Whew. Hope that
answers your questions. :) Haley

It's a beautiful home, and I hope someone awesome buys it! I wish I could, but sadly, I'm leaving Provo, too. I really hope you love St. George!

I have been a follower of your work for awhile now. I am a photographer in St George ... love your work. I know how you are feeling, I grew up in SLC and ended up in St George too because of my husbands job. I never liked St George when I would come and visit - seemed so blah, BUT (still can't believe I'm saying this:) I soooo love living here! It's beautiful and there is much more to do than initially meets the eye. I think (pretty positive) that you will love living here. It's hard to be away from family and friends but it's has brought me and my husband so close and also now our little girl! I'll stop rambling now .... shoot me an email when you get down here we can go out shooting sometime together :), seriously! Good look selling your home - I'm sure it will fly ... It's a gem!

Wow! I really like this style of the home. Very festive and inviting. Done some things that I haven't seen before and that's unusual today!
